Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorizations Brentwood, Tennessee | Onsite | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire PharmPro Staffing, Inc. — a leader in pharmacy staffing and recruiting support services nationwide — is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for Pharmacy Technicians to join our pharmacy partner's team onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee! Timeline Interviews:

Key Responsibilities Prior Authorizations & Appeals:

Manage administrative workflows supporting prior authorization requests and appeals.

Pharmacy Claims Processing:

Navigate pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) systems to enter, troubleshoot, and resolve pharmacy claim overrides.

Outbound Communications:

Communicate with prescribers, pharmacies, and members to gather information and support case resolution.

Customer & Pharmacy Support:

Help address questions and resolve issues involving pharmacy claims, patient information, and authorization processes. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required. Prior authorization experience is a plus, 6 months to 1 year preferred Retail pharmacy experience is welcome! Detail your PBM or Prior Authorization Experience please, in your resume or online. Strong communication, organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills. Pay:
