JOB SUMMARY
Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
High School Diploma/GED; Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing; IV certification preferred, MTM Certification preferred Work Experience (Years and Area): Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 2 years' experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred
