Job Summary ob Overview We are a closed-door sterile compounding pharmacy, seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well within a team setting without the need for constant direction and supervision. Duties 1st shift (5AM to 1PM) Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medication administration. Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare staff. Participate in quality assurance activities to enhance pharmacy operations. Experience Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred Familiarity with medication administration processes is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating attention to detail in all tasks.
