Pharmaceutical Job Purpose:
Creation and packaging of products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all SOPs to perform job. Identify and help solve problems to improve performance. Documenting weights, batch numbers, lot numbers, and quality checks. Cleans machinery, room, and all auxiliary machinery during full, partial, and back-to-back cleanups. Adherence to all cGMP's. Be able to weigh in Grams and Kilograms and read scales, use a calculator, and perform simple calculations for reconciliation of materials. Carry out administrative tasks including ensuring paperwork is complete and correct. Follow Quality processess and procedures. Follow R&D processes and procedures. Update MMRs and logbooks with required information. Be able to clean floors, walls, tables, and always keep manufacturing area tidy and clean. Perform simple MRP transactions. Follow instructions given by Shift Leader, Quality Assurance, and Equipment Operator. Clean and sanitize equipment after use. Perform any other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Have a pharmacy technician license or be able to obtain the license within a determined period of time decided upon by management. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Mathematically inclined.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have pharmaceutical experience. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and/or written instructions such as work instructions and SOPs. Able to read and communicate in English. Have quality experience. Have R&D experience.
Working Conditions:
40 hours per week (primarily 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday), Occasionally needing to lift 30-50 lbs, Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
