Work Schedule:
Per Diem, 2 to 3 days per week working 7:00am to 3:30pm with rotating weekends. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Hospital 1625 S. Required Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications PBT(ASCP) Certification.
