We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team! This role involves both administrative and clinical duties, and we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for patient care.

Job Duties:

Administrative:

Answering phone calls and patient inquiries Email communication with patients and team members Charting and maintaining patient records Scheduling appointments Ensuring HIPAA compliance Ordering medical supplies as needed

Clinical:

EKG testing and monitoring Administering injections Collecting vital signs Specimen collection (phlebotomy) Dispensing medications under physician supervision

Requirements:

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist certification (preferred) Strong communication skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
