Morris Plains, NJ 07950 Job Description. Perform blood draws as per lab orders, use centrifuge to spin down blood and prepare with lab slips for pickup by outside laboratory. Verify patient identity and prepare patients for blood collection. Properly label, handle, and transport specimens according to laboratory procedures. Maintain accurate patient and specimen records. Follow infection control, safety, and OSHA standards. Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies. Monitor patients during and after blood collection and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.

Licensure Requirements:
