Job Description

CiTi BOCES is seeking qualified staff members to serve as Regents Examination Proctors for the August 2026 Regents Examination administration. Dates Monday, August 18, 2026 Tuesday, August 19, 2026 Responsibilities Proctors are responsible for supporting the secure and orderly administration of Regents examinations by: Monitoring students during testing sessions Following all New York State Regents examination procedures and security requirements Distributing, collecting, and securing testing materials Maintaining accurate attendance and testing records Assisting with the overall organization of the testing environment Reporting any testing concerns or irregularities to the Site Coordinator immediately Required Training All selected proctors must complete Regents Examination Proctor Training prior to the testing dates . Training is required to ensure compliance with New York State testing regulations and security procedures. Information regarding training dates and requirements will be provided upon selection.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Current CiTi BOCES employee or component district employee Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing protocols Ability to maintain confidentiality and exam security Reliable attendance for assigned testing sessions and required training
