Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality primary care that respects the language, culture, and needs of our diverse patients. We are currently seeking a Certified Phlebotomist who is passionate, reliable, and eager to grow with our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through safe, accurate, and efficient blood collection and specimen handling. Duties Perform venipuncture and blood draws safely and accurately. Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures in a professional and compassionate manner. Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Verify patient information and ensure accurate documentation of specimen collection. Follow proper infection control, safety, and specimen handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked phlebotomy area. Communicate with healthcare providers and laboratory staff regarding specimen collection and processing. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly. Skills Korean-speaking highly preferred. Current Phlebotomy Certification required. Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or a clinical medical office preferred. Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills. Familiar with EMR systems and electronic documentation. Knowledge of proper specimen handling, laboratory procedures, and infection control practices. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate and professional approach to care. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
