Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. You'll evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility and payer standards. Partner closely with physicians, rehab teams, and families to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Document assessments, treatments, and progress per regulatory and payer standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes Adhere to ethical, legal, and safety standards in all clinical practice Communicate regularly with recruiters and facility leadership about assignment needs Required Skills Orthopedic physical therapy Neurologic rehabilitation Gait and balance training Therapeutic exercise prescription Manual therapy techniques Patient evaluation and documentation (EMR) Discharge planning and home exercise program design Interdisciplinary team collaboration Regulatory and payer compliance knowledge Patient and family education
