Job Description

Salary $100,000- $110,000/annually based on experience Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving the Central Valley and surrounding communities for over 40 years . We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. The Aquatic Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and providing therapeutic interventions to patients with a variety of physical ailments in an aquatic environment. The successful candidate will design and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage the therapeutic benefits of water-based therapy techniques to enhance recovery and promote overall well-being. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and an ability to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
Treatment Planning :
Develop and implement individualized aquatic therapy treatment plans.
Therapeutic Interventions :
Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education
Documentation :
While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
Patient Education :
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
Progress Monitoring :
Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
Professional Development :
Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies specific to aquatic therapy or desire to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
