Job Description

Physical Therapist providing patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions Monitor and record patient progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients on proper home exercise programs Stay current with industry trends and advancements Provide compassionate and patient-centered care

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Physical Therapy certification CA State licensure as a Physical Therapist BLS required
