Contributing to wellness in the Marin Community for over 17 years Requirements A commitment to providing compassionate patient care and promoting positive health outcomes Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills Strong interpersonal, collaborative and clinical skills Valid CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Per Diem (part-time, non-benefitted): $70-$80 per hour Benefits $5,000 signing bonus Compensation $110k-$150k (based on experience, specialties, management) Increased compensation for advanced certification/specialization (OCS, FAAOMPT, etc...) 15 days Paid Time Off + 7 Holidays = 22 days total 401(k) Plan with 3% of salary employer contribution Annual Profit Sharing Plan (@2% of salary) Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance Tuition Reimbursement Plan of up to $5,250 tax-free per year Continuing education
