Job Description This fee for service role is in early pediatrics and provides clinicians flexible work hours. Our Physical Therapists evaluate children's motor abilities and support the family and treatment team. They formulate treatment plans and provide coaching on strategies that foster development. Our clinicians work as part of a team providing targeted, evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on daily routines in natural environments. Our Agency Beacon Services provides Early Intervention/ Birth to Three services throughout CT. Our regional teams of skilled clinicians work closely together to support families and children with developmental concerns. Beacon offers clinicians a flexible work schedule with an emphasis on training and ongoing administrative support. Basic Qualifications A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Some pediatric experience preferred Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency What you Bring Ability to communication clearly and effectively with families and other staff Organizational skills to complete administrative duties Comfort with/interest in working with infants and toddlers Reliability in maintaining scheduled appointments Settings Family homes and daycares with some travel within a limited region required Work Hours Flexible- various session days and times Typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 am-5:00 pm Please visit our website at www.beaconct.org to learn more about our organization!
