Position Overview Envista Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Orange, Connecticut. This full-time role provides an opportunity to work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, where you will play a vital part in enhancing the recovery journey of our patients. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians. Administering physical therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and methodologies. Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records in alignment with regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and maximize therapeutic outcomes. Providing education and support to patients and their families on postoperative recovery, injury prevention, and wellness practices. Engaging in community outreach and health education initiatives to promote overall wellness in the population we serve. Meeting minimum productivity goals and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service standards. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Your efforts will focus on helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life through targeted interventions and compassionate care. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. Current CPR certification. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively work with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team. Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in diverse physical therapy specialties, particularly those who have worked in an outpatient rehabilitation environment. A demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families is also highly valued. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
