Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy techniques and individualized exercise programs, adaptable to the varying needs of each patient. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific musculoskeletal conditions. Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of treatment modalities to enhance patient mobility and relieve pain. Continuously track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies in response to cumulative outcomes and individual feedback. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate communication and continuity of care. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will focus primarily on treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will also have the opportunity to work with older adults in rehabilitation programs designed to improve functionality and quality of life. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current and valid Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain the necessary licensure. Ability to convey empathy and build rapport with patients during treatment, ensuring a compassionate care approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient schedules and treatment plans effectively. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Familiarity with using advanced therapeutic equipment and treatment techniques.
