Elementary School Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Bushnell, Florida , to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a compassionate therapist who is passionate about helping elementary school students improve their mobility, independence, and overall success in the classroom. Join a collaborative educational team where you'll make a meaningful impact on students every day. Responsibilities Evaluate students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other school staff. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate. Qualifications Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license. School-based experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
