You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside knowledgeable professionals who share a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Fit Life, your main duties will include: Administering hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises to support patient recovery. Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and each patient's specific needs and goals. Assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously to inform treatment adjustments and ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients include a variety of individuals seeking rehabilitation for conditions stemming from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work with patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, dedicated to managing their recovery journeys and helping them return to their daily activities and desired lifestyles. As part of a patient-centric team, your role will be vital in motivating clients and instilling confidence in their rehabilitation process. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's Degree preferred. An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience While we require a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, candidates with advanced training in specialized therapeutic techniques or certifications (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehabilitation) will be favored. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial as it streamlines our documentation and patient management processes. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from
