Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our progressive rehabilitation team in Arlington, Massachusetts. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest sports medicine technology. We are committed to empowering our patients through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Our team consists of skilled professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), who collaborate to deliver comprehensive care. Work Environment The work setting is primarily onsite in our fully equipped sports medicine rehabilitation facility in Arlington, Massachusetts. You will collaborate in a supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent routine conducive to fostering strong patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Assess and identify individual patient goals and needs to create tailored treatment plans. Provide personalized care utilizing a variety of techniques, ensuring each patient achieves optimal results. Manage caseloads of 2-3 patients per hour, providing effective and cost-efficient therapies. Utilize manual therapy skills and exercise prescription to improve mobility and reduce dependency on medications. Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's requirements. Document and evaluate patient progress consistently, ensuring all care services are recorded accurately. Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and address complex needs. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele primarily consists of individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation services, including post-operative patients and those recovering from sports injuries. We place a strong emphasis on promoting healthy lifestyles, improving movement capabilities, and minimizing recovery times. Our facility accepts private medical insurance, allowing us to offer patients personalized care without barriers to access. Qualifications A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License with no board or disciplinary actions. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercises. Experience utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT, for documentation and patient management. Preferred Experience Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to continuing education in emerging therapeutic techniques are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
