Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing cash-based practice where you'll have the time, support, and autonomy to actually help people get better! Why FIXXED? $95,000-$115,000/year One-on-one, 1-hour treatment sessions No insurance hassles Minimal documentation compared to insurance-based clinics Work with active adults, runners, CrossFit athletes, weightlifters, and postpartum clients who are motivated to improve Collaborative team that values mentorship, continuing education, and clinical growth Opportunities to specialize in orthopedics, pelvic health, sports rehab, manual therapy, and dry needling Schedule Full-time Consistent weekly schedule Four-day work week What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients using a combination of manual therapy, strength training, movement analysis, and individualized exercise programming. Build meaningful relationships with your patients through true one-on-one care. Collaborate with an experienced team that enjoys learning from one another and continually improving.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
