Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting processes

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' motor function and develop tailored therapy plans aligned with their educational goals Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings Consult with teachers and staff to support modifications and accommodations in the classroom environment Educate families and school staff on strategies to reinforce physical development Maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulations and guidelines Benefits of this
