Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and the principles of physiotherapy. Proven experience working with geriatric patients, pediatrics, or neurological conditions in outpatient or inpatient settings. Expertise in discharge planning, care plan development, and patient rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center operations, hospital environments, and home & community care services. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) management systems such as EMR platforms for accurate documentation of patient care. Excellent client communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop effective treatment plans that meet clinical standards and patient goals.
