Job Duties and Requirements. Providing skilled

• OT/ PT services
• Admit Clients / Evaluations / Treatments. Coordinating care with main office Communication with physician, office and other clinical staff Supervision if needed Providing screenings and assessments when needed Must be very well organized and have good customer service skills
• Must have good communication skills No history of criminal conduct Must have reliable automobile and auto insurance Professional license in good standing Must be familiar with Medicare guidelines and regulations for home health Current TB, HEP and CPR Must be familiar with elderly rehab in community / home setting Must be respectful to the needs of our elderly clients and their caregivers Must have good computer skills If interested please email resume
