Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS)Certified MDT TherapistsGIFT Fellows in Applied Functional Science (FAFS)Certified Hand Therapists (CHT)Job DescriptionWe have an immediate opening for a staff Physical Therapist at our Swartz Creek clinic, and are looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care, committed to continuous growth, and eager to develop expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.

New Grad Mentorship Program12 -24 month structured, formal program paired with an experienced Mentor. Weekly one-on-one's along with consistent coaching/feedback.
First Phase:
Clinic OperationsSecond Phase:
Skill Development - including manual therapy, differential diagnosis treatment, and communication strategies with patients
Third Phase:
Caseload ramp-up and independence
Fourth Phase:
Professional Growth - focus on career route beyond treating and CEU planningLeadership Development and MentorshipProgram to develop and shape clinicians into a leadership role including Directorship and Clinical Instructor trainingIndividualized Program Plans Steering Clinician to career pathwayWeekly meetings with Regional Leaders with Operational skill developmentTaking on Assistant responsibilitiesBusiness and Strategic Development including financial planning, marketing, growth/mentorship training, and leading staffQualificationsLicensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.

Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
