In-person visits within the North Kansas City area (Kansas and Missouri)Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the Clinton, Missouri area before starting.
Salary:
$117,000•$124,800 annually ($75•$80 per unit)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00
PMJob Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services throughout the Clinton region. This role focuses on evaluating patients and developing personalized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and help patients recover from injury or illness.

This position offers a supportive environment with strong clinical resources and long-term organizational stability. New graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with experience in any clinical setting are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plansImplement therapy programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and functionHelp patients manage pain and improve overall quality of lifeMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercisesMaintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systemsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical TherapyActive Physical Therapist license in the applicable stateAbility to work full-time Monday through FridayStrong communication and organizational skillsNew graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with patients in settings such as: Home healthSkilled nursing facilities (SNF)Rehabilitation centers or hospitalsAcute care or medical-surgical unitsOutpatient therapy clinics
