Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams Exceptional communication skills for consulting with staff and families Proficiency with both virtual (VOCO) and onsite service delivery models Comfortable managing a varied caseload of K-12 students Familiarity with IEP processes, county/state guidelines, and relevant documentation Strong organizational skills and commitment to individualized student care

Primary Responsibilities:

Complete thorough assessments and implement student-centered treatment plans Deliver direct therapy sessions as well as consultative support Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining accurate records Collaborate regularly with educators, occupational and speech therapists, families, and other stakeholders Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to guide therapy goals and progress Uphold the time allocation expectations (1 hour direct therapy : 0.5 hour indirect service) This contract offers both stability and flexibility, with work scheduled for 3-5 hours weekly through June 2027.
