Physical Therapist (PT) $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time H1-B Visa Sponsorship Available CEU reimbursement Open to relocation (relocation assistance may be available) New graduates are welcome to apply Gates Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence. As part of our collaborative rehabilitation team, you will provide personalized, resident-centered therapy and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress, improved function, and a higher quality of life. In-house rehabilitation program Competitive compensation and benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional needs Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapy to reduce pain, restore function, and promote healing Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, and caregivers Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Ensure services meet all professional, legal, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Physical Therapy state license in good standing Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Make a meaningful difference in residents' lives while growing your career with a supportive in-house rehabilitation team.
