Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized physical therapy services to pediatric patients, helping them improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Duties Assess pediatric patients' physical capabilities, including mobility, strength, and coordination, to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy interventions such as physiotherapy, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to promote patient rehabilitation. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to coordinate comprehensive care. Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, discharge planning needs, and evolving clinical standards. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) management standards. Educate patients' families and caregivers on home exercises, community resources, and ongoing care strategies to support recovery outside the clinical setting. Participate in outpatient clinic activities, inpatient hospital rounds, or home health visits to deliver consistent patient care across various environments. Requirements Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist with practicing in a physical therapy role within your jurisdiction. Proven experience working with pediatric populations in outpatient rehabilitation centers or inpatient hospital settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology, orthopedics, and geriatrics as they relate to pediatric therapy needs. Familiarity with outpatient clinic experience, home & community care settings, and outpatient rehabilitation center protocols. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and collaborate seamlessly with healthcare teams. Pay:

$46.67 - $56.20 per hour
