Job Responsibilities:

Follow each child's IFSP to reach the documented goals. Coach and provide strategies to caregivers. Collaborate with other practitioners on the team. Provide services in the natural environment, such as homes, daycares and other community settings. Prepare periodic progress reviews and participate in review meetings.

Requirements :

New Jersey Physical Therapy License. Pediatric Experience preferred.
