Orthopedics with Inpatient & Outpatient mix Position Overview Los Alamos Medical Center is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an experienced and collaborative therapy team. This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Monitor patient progress and update plans of care as needed. Document assessments, goals, treatments, and patient progress. Supervise PT assistants, students, and support staff as appropriate. Utilize standard physical therapy techniques and therapeutic equipment. Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as needed. Requirements Active New Mexico Physical Therapist (PT) license . Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field. Master's degree preferred. BLS certification required upon hire. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
