Core Responsibilities Assess & Diagnose:

Evaluate incoming patients to identify functional limitations, strength deficits, and pain points.

Develop Treatment Plans:

Establish customized, objective care goals and select targeted modalities to restore patient function.

Adapt Care:

Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans dynamically as conditions change.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Current New York State (NYS) Physical Therapist license in good standing.
