Join our growing multidisciplinary ST pediatric team in Gold Hill, Oregon (between Medford and Grants pass). We are looking for a hardworking, compassionate clinician with pediatric experience to restart our OT and PT programs after it was closed for 3 years. We would love to have a multidisciplinary clinic again and still have our sensory gym ready to go.

OT:

Clients include sensory, fine and gross motor impairment, neurological diagnosis, ASD, CP, Down Syndrome, developmental delay, and sensory feeding difficulties. SOS experience preferred for feeding, will to assist with CEU cost.

PT:

Infant and young babies/toddlers, especially with plageochephaly/torticollis/ and feeding posture would be very helpful. Open to discussing what other types of PT clients would be appropriate in this setting. The right candidates love children and working directly with families to facilitate carryover, is a team player, will collaborate and research to meet the needs of the clients, and is motivated to make a difference. Start dates are negotiable (immediate opening through November 2026 start date)! $2,000 signing bonus and up to $2,000 relocation reimbursement available!

Job Requirements:

Oregon License (ability to obtain by start date); Liability insurance; Drivers License; ability to lift 50 lbs; Credentialing with insurance panels upon job acceptance

Salary/Benefits:

Pay depends on experience (salary with productivity bonuses available-no productivity penalties!). Paid vacation/sick leave accrual each pay period, 7 paid holidays plus up to a 2 weeks paid winter break (dates shift annually depending on where holidays land), CEU stipend, materials stipend, State license paid for annually. Employer pays 50% medical/vision insurance premium. Dental insurance and AFLAC available to purchase.
