Description Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist who will play a critical role in restoring patients' mobility and enhancing their quality of life in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Redmond, Oregon. Our facility boasts a spacious 5,000 square feet designed specifically for sports medicine, equipped with cutting-edge physical therapy tools and technologies. We collaborate closely with an insurance network that mainly includes private medical carriers, allowing us to focus on personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Work Environment This onsite position offers a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will join a small but passionate team consisting of two skilled physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), who are all committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance and professional development. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized care plans that address individual patient goals and needs. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, seeing 2 to 3 patients each hour, focusing on pain management and rehabilitation. Utilize a variety of orthopedic treatment techniques to enhance patients' mobility while minimizing the reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgeries. Create fitness and wellness programs that empower patients to take charge of their recovery and promote a healthier lifestyle. Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, offering support and encouragement to achieve their maximum potential. Document patient care activities meticulously to ensure continuity and quality of care, using EMR software such as WebPT. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to consult on patient progress and treatment approaches. Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with a diverse population, including athletes, active individuals, and older adults requiring specialized rehab services. Understanding the unique needs of each patient will enable you to create targeted interventions that contribute to their long-term health and wellbeing. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist License in Oregon, with no disciplinary actions on your record. Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and educate patients. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Prior experience using EMR systems, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable. Experience in developing fitness plans and wellness programs tailored to patient-specific goals. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
