Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a high capacity and acuity environment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a dynamic resident population Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
