We are a five star, award winning nursing home staffed with a devoted care team. Our in-house therapy department is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist for weekday caseload coverage for evaluations and treatments.

+ Opportunities for regular weekly per diem work

+ Full time per diems looking to expand building pool Caseload scheduling is fair, reasonable, patient focused and clinically appropriate. Very supportive environment with 'family' feel.
