Job DescriptionAssess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine required treatmentProvide direct patient care per established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and build a comprehensive program to attain those goalsImplement the physical therapy treatment program and provide essential treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesEnsure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' comp reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reportsQualificationsGraduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent South Carolina PT license or eligibleCPR certificationExercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skillsOutgoing and energetic personalityResponsible individual with a solid work ethicExcellent communication and people skillsNew or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply to this roleAdditional InformationThis position offers a sign-on bonus. The salary range begins at $75,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation, subject to change under the Company's plan. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are available per the terms of the Company's plans.
