What You'll Do Evaluate patients, identifying movement impairments, functional limitations, and individualized treatment needs Develop and implement evidence-based care plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education Provide instruction on body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Collaborate with PTAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate documentation that meets state, federal, and payer requirements Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Required Qualifications DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program Current Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab Experience with return-to-sport or post-surgical rehab Board certification such as OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) or willingness to pursue Manual therapy training or certification Interest in mentoring or community involvement Compensation & Benefits $80K-$105K/year based on experience and skills Flexible scheduling options (4x10s or 5x8s) CEU allowance and structured mentorship Modern, fully equipped outpatient clinic Medical, dental, and vision insurance $5,000 sign on-on bonus How to Apply https://www.experience-pt.com/V1/careers or send resume to billpfister@experience-pt.com Let's redefine patient care together.
