Job Description

Physical Therapist / PT Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. PRN - Consistent Hours Available! We are hiring for PRN, Part-Time and Full-Time in Sparta and Tomah! New Grads are Welcome! GREAT Mentorship Program! As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident"s life.

Qualifications:
