Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients Answering phones and helping with scheduling Preparing treatment areas and equipment Assisting therapists with basic patient exercises and clinic flow Cleaning and resetting equipment between patients Helping provide an excellent patient experience We are looking for someone who is positive, professional, organized, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working with people . Experience in a medical, physical therapy, fitness, or customer service setting is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
