Most new grads spend their first year on the sidelines. At BrightLife, you're on the floor — working with real patients, learning real clinical skills — from week one. We're a growing chiropractic and wellness clinic looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to take ownership of our therapy floor. You'll assist with modalities, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and play a direct role in their recovery. If you're fresh out of school and ready to actually do the work , this is your shot. What You'll Do Run day-to-day operations of the therapy floor Assist patients with exercise programs, modalities, and recovery protocols Communicate progress and flag concerns to the clinical team Keep the floor organized, efficient, and patient-ready Be a core part of a tight-knit, high-performing team What We're Looking For Recent graduate (exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field) Hungry, coachable, and genuinely passionate about helping people Strong communicator — with patients and with teammates Team-first mentality; no ego Someone who wants to grow with a clinic, not just punch a clock What's In It for You Immediate patient exposure — no slow walk, no busywork $18-$20/hour to start , based on experience Performance bonus after a 90-day training period Pay that grows as the clinic grows — your success is tied to ours Mentorship from an experienced clinical team A role with real responsibility and real upside
