Full Job Description Overview:
Physical Therapy Aide ASPiRE!, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide to support the development and implementation of sensory integration and motor activities for program participants. Work with Exercise/Physical Therapists to enhance fine and gross motor skills while promoting personal growth and goal achievement.

Responsibilities:
Implement sensory integration, fine motor, gross motor, and activities of daily living as directed by Therapists and Program Managers. Collaborate with the therapeutic team to design and execute individualized and group-based activities tailored to participant needs. Assist in the development and follow-up of Day Habilitation Support Plans (DHSP), including attending case conferences. Provide assistance with personal care activities including dining, toileting, and transfers as needed. Support the implementation of behavior management strategies in coordination with the clinical team. Serve as a role model and provide staff training in therapeutic approaches. Foster a respectful, dignified, and culturally appropriate environment for individuals. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with parents, guardians, and other professionals. Maintain an inventory of therapeutic materials and recommend appropriate purchases.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience accepted 1-3 years of related experience Standard Driver's License (Class C or D) CPR/First Aid Certification required Previous experience with gross motor training is preferred
