Job Description

The role of the Front Desk Receptionist will be as follow

Welcome/greeting patients
Call Doctor's office or insurance companies for patient authorization
Registering/Scheduling patients
Assisting Physical Therapist with towels and heat packs for patients
Minimal housekeeping (ex: wiping down mats for patients, and emptying trash cans) Work experience as a front desk receptionist is not mandatory.

This position requires good customer service skills. Basic computer skills and technology preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are a plus. Having your own transport (a car) is a plus.
