Availability:

Candidates must have flexible availability Monday - Friday . Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist Physical Therapists and PT Assistants during sessions. Safeguard and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities under professional supervision. Escort patients to and from treatment areas and ensure their needs are met before and after therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment by completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Assist patients with scheduling and completing paperwork Monitor and ensure clinic safety through the completion of risk management checklists. Organize supplies and reorder as needed. Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively and maintaining friendly relationships with patients and coworkers. Consistently exceed patient expectations by providing high-quality care in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements:

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Preferred Qualifications:
