We are a private, family-owned PT practice in Brigantine, NJ. Patient care and company culture are core values to us. Brig PT is a small close-knit team and we are looking for a PT Aide to join our team.

The position:

Committed Physical Therapy Aide to become a member of our Brig PT team. Working in an outpatient orthopedic setting you will support the PTs and help patients through their programs. Responsibilities Work closely with Physical Therapists to create a cohesive team Assist patients through their exercise programs Document completed exercises in patient charts Develop a rapport with patients Help create a welcoming and inclusive clinic atmosphere Clean equipment quickly and efficiently Skills Appropriate education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Knowledge of basic exercise techniques Drive to continually learn and grow Ability to form relationships with patients to motivate them in their therapy Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
