Job Description

Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, MA is seeking a caring Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists in delivering high-quality rehab services. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting residents with exercises and mobility training, setting up and cleaning equipment, transporting residents to therapy, and documenting basic treatment information. You will work closely with therapists, nurses, and CNAs in a resident-centered, homelike setting focused on dignity, safety, and functional independence. Ideal candidates are reliable, compassionate team players with strong communication and a desire to grow clinical skills.
