Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. In this role, you will support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment for therapy sessions Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to the supervising therapist Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment Provide exceptional patient support and ensure a positive therapy experience Qualifications Interest or experience in patient care within orthopedic, geriatric, outpatient, hospital, or clinical settings Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology preferred Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care Certification or relevant coursework in physical therapy is a plus Why Join Us?
