Job Description
Part time Physical Therapy Aide position available and needed for Bayport office
IMMEDIATELY.
```Duties:
```- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Assist patients with exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
- Some light clerical/ administrative work will be expected.
Requirements:
```- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written This position holds the potential for more hours and coverage when needed.
