Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. This role is ideal for pre-physical therapy students or those studying exercise science, kinesiology, or a related medical field who want real-world experience in an outpatient clinical setting. You'll gain valuable exposure to patient care, therapeutic exercises, and daily clinic operations—an excellent stepping stone toward a future career in physical therapy or other medical field.

Responsibilities:

Assist the physical therapist with guiding patients through therapeutic exercises Observe and monitor patients to ensure safety and proper technique Prepare treatment areas: set up equipment, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies Provide administrative support (scheduling, phones, clerical tasks) Encourage and motivate patients during their sessions Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Enrolled in or planning to pursue a physical therapy or related healthcare program Passionate about fitness, movement, and helping others Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a clinic, gym, or customer service role is a plus

Schedule:
