Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Therapy Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapists. This position offers the opportunity to work in a pediatric outpatient clinic. You will assist with patient preparation, equipment management, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Duties Assist therapists with activity setup and clean up to promote an efficent work space. Prepare treatment areas by organizing equipment, supplies, and ensuring cleanliness in accordance with health standards Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify staff when restocking is needed to ensure seamless operations Ensure adherence to safety protocols by assisting with infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment Qualifications Prior experience practicing in a therapy aid role or related healthcare setting is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
