This is a hands-on patient-care role for someone who enjoys working with people, learning clinical skills, and being part of a fast-paced team. You will work directly with doctors and patients to help deliver treatment plans involving supervised rehabilitation, recovery modalities, and therapeutic exercise. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises Set up and monitor patients during approved therapy modalities Assist doctors with patient flow and treatment preparation Communicate clearly and professionally with patients Help patients understand their treatment and exercise plans Keep rooms clean, stocked, and ready for the next patient Document or communicate relevant patient updates to the treating provider Support the team with opening, closing, and daily clinic operations Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout the clinic What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard Comfortable working with patients who may be in pain Strong communication and people skills Able to follow instructions and clinical protocols Organized, coachable, and attentive to detail Comfortable working on your feet in a physical environment Interested in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and patient care Preferred backgrounds include: Licensed Massage Therapist Athletic Trainer Exercise Science Kinesiology Physical Therapy Assistant or similar healthcare experience Personal training or sports performance experience You do not need to know everything on day one.
